Henley Business School is one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious business management schools. The school significantly strengthened its operations in Finland in recent years and, in 2017, was in need of modern premises.
We designed the new premises for Henley in a building that was built in 1888, with an excellent central location. The aim was to keep the premises in line with the brand, to create representative and beautiful premises to which the school could be proud to invite its customers.
“We are particularly pleased with the spacious lobby that encourages people to gather for informal discussions”, the Henley people tell us. The spacious lobby area serves as a meeting hub where people can work and exchange ideas.
We designed the new premises with a large conference room for customer events and board meetings. We added two smaller conference rooms that can also be used as quiet spaces. When selecting furnishings, we kept in mind the diverse and changing needs of the premises: in addition to meetings, the large conference room can be used for various kinds of functions and events.
