Caruna wanted to create an independent identity after leaving Fortum. It also needed a reformed working culture and leadership.
The new working environment provided an excellent platform for this. Together with Caruna’s employees, we determined the best kind of working environment for its future operations. At management workshops, we set two objectives: to develop inter-departmental cooperation and to create an office that reflected well-being and comfort, in line with the new brand identity.
Together with Caruna, we designed modern premises that are stylish without being ostentatious. The area is spacious, and this encourages organic encounters.
