Innovation Home is introducing a new era of work culture in central Helsinki. We are developing workspace solutions for the historic landmark building on Mannerheimintie 7. The site is being renovated into a modern hybrid workspace that meets the evolving needs of the working world and helps companies attract employees back to the office as part of a collaborative community.
Remote work has become an integral part of daily life, and many companies’ offices are now underutilized. This presents a challenge: how can we create workspaces that inspire and encourage employees to return to collaborative, in-office work? The design of Innovation Home M7 is based on hybrid work, blending the best aspects of both in-office and remote work. Shared spaces and work environments bring people together in ways that strengthen trust and community.
“We believe in the value and joy of meaningful interaction. M7 offers comfortable and versatile spaces that support both individual work and teamwork,” says Sini Norta from Workspace.
Innovation Home M7 offers more than just office space. As a full-service office solution, it reduces companies’ spatial needs and optimizes resource use. The sustainably renovated, carbon-neutral building brings vitality to the work environment in a historic setting where the past and future meet. The M7 flagship office will open during 2025, providing companies with an inspiring environment where meaningful interaction meets the needs of today’s working world.
